Minor Spoilers Possible

Spoilers & Progress

Public pages may mention some setting truths, names, identities, or relationships in normal prose when hiding them would make entries harder to read.

How spoilers work

Major progression-sensitive reveals stay inside spoiler blocks.

Those spoiler blocks can auto-open when you mark the matching mission, expedition, or extras entry as complete.

Use Manage Progress to set your reader state, or Clear Progress to stop future automatic reveals.

Summary

The Thespara Gateway Station is a named station in the wider Thespara system and one of the clearest surviving signs of its older interworld travel network. *1 *2

Structure

The Thespara Gateway Station exists within the wider Thespara system rather than on the forest world alone. It once served as the hub for travel between Thespara and the other inhabited systems, and it belongs to the same larger system picture that includes hundreds of dwarf planets and hidden research sites in the forests below. *2 *3

Importance

The station is one of the clearest surviving mysteries in the Thespara system. Gateway stations like it were often the first targets when the Others invaded a new system, and its distress call is suspicious precisely because the station should have been abandoned and overrun long ago. It broadens Thespara from a forest world into a larger system with technical and interworld connections. *1 *2
