The Shadow is a cloaked Thesparan underworld figure tied to the thieves' guild, covert intelligence, and a string of heists aimed at the Glorious Chieftain's world. He recruits outsiders for covert work, handles black-market access, and remains deeply involved in the circulation of stolen Vanished technology. *1 *2 *3

Relations

The Shadow opposes the Glorious Chieftain and claims to know truths hidden by that regime. He operates out of the shadow-side politics of Thespara, especially around Trilth, and his guild eventually proves to have deeper forest strongholds rather than a single street-level hideout. *1
